Empowering others is my Superpower.

I love to learn, so I ask a lot of questions. More than that. Yep, more than that too. And while I’ve been told that this process of “poking things with sticks” is my superpower, I think it’s a little something different.

I use the answers to those questions, along with a healthy dose of observation, strategy, empathy, and gut instinct, and synthesize it all into something that empowers people and organizations to find their superpowers resulting in delivery of really great work.
